There is a great way to improve MER Spirit/Opportunity Analyst's Notebooks. I'm talking about data products download. Instead of very slow one-by-one image download I'm suggesting to include an entire data sequence download as in Phoenix Analyst' Notebook.

For some strange reason, Opportunity AN does not contain any Opportunity data at all. Instead, it is actually a copy of Spirit AN's data.

We're not seeing this issue here.  What operating system are you using?  Would you please let us know which specific web page you are viewing?  A screenshot would help if possible.

The two are identical to each other.

OS: Win XP SP3
Browser: Mozilla Fifefox 3.5.5
The latest versions of .NET Framework, Flash Player, Java, etc. are installed.
